SERVICES / COLLABORATION

Custom work.
Practical engineering.

When a ready-made product isn’t the right fit, we work with you to understand the workflow and build the right-sized solution.

01

Applied AI & ML

Build useful AI features, document assistants and retrieval-based experiences with sensible evaluation and guardrails.

Best for
Teams exploring where AI could genuinely help
Typical problem
Unclear whether AI is the right tool, or how to make it reliable enough to trust.
Value
AI applied where it is useful, tested on realistic examples, with people kept in control.

  • Retrieval & evaluation
  • Prototype to pilot

02

Automation & integrations

Connect tools and systems, reduce repetitive work and make approvals and exceptions visible.

Best for
Operations and admin teams with recurring manual steps
Typical problem
Data copied between systems by hand and approvals that stall.
Value
Fewer manual handoffs and a process everyone can follow.
  • Process mapping
  • API integrations
  • Human-in-the-loop review

03

Software & product engineering

Develop web apps, APIs, internal tools and MVPs with maintainable foundations.

Best for
Businesses needing a tool, portal or MVP built properly
Typical problem
Spreadsheets and workarounds standing in for software that fits.
Value
Maintainable software designed around how your team works.
  • Web applications
  • APIs & services
  • Technical foundations

04

Product design & UI/UX

Turn rough ideas into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and clear product interfaces.

Best for
Founders and teams with an idea to shape or a tool to improve
Typical problem
An idea that is hard to explain, or an interface people struggle to use.
Value
A clear, testable design before money is spent on a full build.
  • User flows
  • Interface design
  • Clickable prototypes

05

Cloud & platform engineering

Improve deployment workflows, monitoring, reliability and platform operations.

Best for
Teams running software that needs to be dependable
Typical problem
Manual deployments, limited visibility and recurring incidents.
Value
Repeatable releases and earlier warning when something goes wrong.
  • Deployment pipelines
  • Observability
  • Reliability reviews

06

Technical discovery & prototyping

Clarify the problem, assess options and build a small proof of concept before committing to a larger build.

Best for
Anyone unsure what to build, or whether it is feasible
Typical problem
Risk of committing budget before the approach is proven.
Value
Evidence for a decision, at a fraction of the cost of a full build.
  • Problem framing
  • Feasibility checks
  • Proof of concept

HOW WE WORK

Six clear stages, no surprises.

Every engagement follows the same rhythm, scaled to the size of the problem.

STAGE 01 OF 06

Discovery

Understand the workflow, the people in it and what a better outcome looks like.

  • Walk through the current process
  • Identify where time, errors or delays build up
  • Agree what success should mean
You receiveA short problem statement and success criteria
Decision pointIs this worth solving with software?

Each stage ends with something you can review and a decision you make before the next one starts. Stages are scaled to the size of the problem and agreed during scoping.

Products

Focused tools we design and build ourselves, for common workflows many teams share.

  • Same core for every team
  • Currently at concept stage

QUESTIONS

Before you get in touch.

Short answers to what people usually ask first.

Do we need a detailed specification to start?

No. A description of the problem, who it affects and any constraints is enough for a first conversation. Discovery is where the detail gets worked out.

Can you work with our existing tools and systems?

Usually, yes. Most work involves connecting to tools a team already uses. We'll check what access and APIs are available early, before planning around them.

How do you approach AI features?

Carefully. We start by checking whether AI is the right tool, evaluate it on realistic examples and keep a person in the loop wherever mistakes would matter.

What size of project do you take on?

Anything from a focused proof of concept to an ongoing build. Starting small is often the fastest way to learn what is worth building.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Have a problem worth solving?

Tell us what you’re trying to improve. We’ll start with the problem, not a pre-packaged pitch.
